Qazal Entrepreneurship & Training Center

Established in 2015, Qazal Entrepreneurship & Training Center (I-MashreghQazal Pvt Ltd) was founded to provide educational, research, and publishing support services in Iran. Official operations commenced on January 1, 2016, with a vision to empower young entrepreneurs, foster innovation, and build a robust ecosystem for entrepreneurship and training.

The co-founding team gained national recognition early on by securing the 1st position in the National Sheikh Bahai Techno-Entrepreneurship Festival in April 2016. In its first year, the center conducted over 50 training sessions across 13 faculties of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Khorasan Science and Technology Park, Sadjad Technical University of Mashhad, and Shandiz University of Mashhad.

Achievements and Recognition

Qazal’s leadership team achieved numerous accolades for their outstanding contributions to entrepreneurship and innovation:

• Golden Diploma and 1st Place: Awarded by the Minister of Science, Research, and Technology of Iran in the Techno-Entrepreneurship Development category at the National Sheikh Bahai Festival in April 2017.
• Knowledge-Based Startup Enterprise: Designated by the Office of the Vice President of Iran in September 2017.
• Licensed Consultancy and Training Center: Officially recognized by the Ministry of Welfare, Works, and Cooperation of Iran in June 2018 (National Code: 20117).
• Young Entrepreneur of the Nation Award: Presented by the Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports Affairs of Iran in April 2018.
• Entrepreneurship Diploma: Awarded by the Faculty of Entrepreneurship, University of Tehran, in July 2018.

Key Initiatives and Impact

Qazal was instrumental in launching 10 successful student startups for Ferdowsi University of Mashhad and introduced several impactful projects, including:

• ScienceTech+: The first student startup accelerator in Eastern Iran.
• KarafarinShows: A series of entrepreneur expos in Iran and international entrepreneur shows in Pakistan and Turkiye.
• CODE International (Cooperation and Development Events): A series of conferences and events in ECO countries (Pakistan, Iran, Turkiye, Azerbaijan, and Central Asia), fostering collaboration between industry and academia.

During its operational years, the center delivered over 100 training sessions across ECO countries, facilitated 500+ consultancy meetings, and made significant strides in promoting entrepreneurship and innovation in the region.

Qazal Entrepreneurship & Training Center officially concluded its operations in April 2022 in Iran, leaving behind a legacy of fostering entrepreneurial spirit and building cross-border connections in the region. Its initiatives and impact continue to inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs and changemakers.
